Student Registration

Please fill out the Housing Questionnaire document below to begin the registration process. Per the McKinney-Vento Act, this will determine what other documents you will need to provide. Please call the school at 631-583-5626 or email the District Clerk, Ms. Traci Murphy, at tmurphy@fi.k12.ny.us if you have any questions or require assistance filling out any forms.
