Woodhull School students, staff and family members embarked on an exciting fishing trip aboard the chartered Island Spirit II out of Captree State Park last week. The weather was perfect for a day on the water, and the enthusiasm was palpable as everyone cast their lines in hope of catching the big one.

And catch fish they did. From fluke to sand sharks, the young anglers demonstrated their skills and reeled in some impressive catches. The thrill of the catch was evident in the students’ smiling faces, but the real prize was the time spent together.

This beautiful day on the water was a testament to the strong friendships and sense of community that define Woodhull School.
